Papa Joes Pizzeria - Pittsfield

This place is a disaster. The customer service is awful, they are rude and constantly mess up my order. They even had the audacity to tell me off because they were about to close. Incredibly unprofessional. I didn't even leave a tip. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I usually don't leave reviews, but this place was so bad that I had to share my experience.

Excellent eating to be reasonable. friendly waitresses with family atmosphere.

They have great food . We had a catered birthday party for my mom. Everything from the ziti to the chicken parm was fabulous. Highly recommend fir parties.

I order a steak and cheese grinder and it took over 2 hours to get to where I live and it was roast beef and not correct and cold. I love papa Joe's. I always recommend them but last night was horrible. I don't know if it was the staff last night but I was really disappointed. I live about 5 minutes away.
