Good food, reasonable prices. We ordered both Chicken Chimichangas and they were delicious. Start free chips and salsa. We asked for Guacamole with the chips, which was fantastic. Decor is so-so, but not insulting. We stopped for lunch on Thursday at 12:30, only customers were another table. Some people came for the take-out. Next time in town, I'd come back.

Panchos is perhaps not the only place to find Mexican cuisine in Pittsfield, but it is the only one that have constantly provided high-quality food and service in my life (27 y/o). There is no place I would recommend to encourage more to stop all in a choice Don't regret it!
