Wendy's - Pittsburgh

I took my children during the lunchtime and let me tell you. they gave almost food the true meaning! the application was hot and correct. big job Morgensmann! food: 5/5

This Wendy's is ok in a pinch. But honestly it's very ghetto, they only take like 1 order at a time, half the time my order is wrong or missing atleast 2 items, and not very many people speak to you when pulling up to the drive through windows. And a lot of times food is room temp. Or cold.Food: 3/5

Talaja not sure of spelling was there at front counter at 7pm. She was very nice and helpful and made sure we got our extra sauce. She even brought them to us which was very nice of her. Nice seeing her smiling face. We dined in and had a awesome experience tonight.

Very time consuming at thos location always!! You have to wait between 6 to 13 minutes thru each person ordering in this drive thru! The staff at this one is not too bad alot of young employees who are very lax and what seems to be lazy. The food is almost never ever hot here if your lucky its almost warm and to get a frosty here is like pulling teeth. I waited thru the drive thru here once for 41 minutes for just a frosty and to my extreme disappointment I get up to order and they say the frosty machiene is broken, I mean is it ever working and a great idea would be to have a HUGE NEON SIGN IN EVERY LOCATION SAYING FROSTY MACHIENE IS OUT OF ORDER so you dint have to wait in that ridiculous line that makes you wanna scream when you have to sit thru it!!!! I mean come on WENDYS is a Multi Billion Dollar Franchise.....BUY SOME DAMN FRITY MACHIENES THAT WORK or some staff who knows how to clean then and operate them properly.

Bad customer service. we have been to this wendys twice and neither time did we receive the correct drink order and the workers are rude
