Taco Bell - Pittsburgh

Refused to serve us. We were in the lobby for at least 10 minutes before somebody asked us to use the kiosk, which is fine and we started to. We couldn’t find a menu item and tried to ask for help. Someone eventually came out to try to help us find it, but didn’t speak to us at all. She eventually left, never said a word and no one ever came out again. Service: 1

I used to come here every once in a while and had good experiences here, I went today and received the complete wrong order with no receipt or anything, when I went back, I was 2nd in line and heard the employees all screaming at each other inside. The guy in front of me also handed his bag back when he got it as his order was wrong too and I waited about 10-15 mins. Absolutely horrible. Food: 1

Order trough uber eats. Ordered 4 items, only received 3. The food was all wrong and balled up and shoved into the bag Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1
