Bidra med feedbackMake an order online. when I picked it up, all three sandwiches had the same toppings that I worked during ordering for each particular sub. when I complained, I was told that the order came. I was was wasting about $20.00 that I left the subdivisions and the dame said good that you paid for them. I told her that they were paid for keeping her on the run. I went out to leave the subs because it was like talking to a wall. never again will I ever order anything from subway!
Ordered utilizing the Subway app. When I arrived to pick up my sandwiches all three had the exact same topping even though I had customized each sub for the people who they were for. When I questioned the employees at Subway I was told that was the way the computer came up as ordered. The employees and the owner did not ev offer to make the order right. I did a great deal of business with that particular Subway but rest assured I'll not order or buy from any Subway again. I can not tolerate ignorance. I wasted $20.00 leaving the subs at the store politely telling the owner where she could put them. Zero stars for customer service.
I go here to change it up some. The staff are always very nice, and it's your typical subway experience. Tell them what you want, and they make it. The toppings all look and taste fresh and the store is clean.
The worst subway hands down! So rude unprofessional they mess up the order whether you order in person or online. I will never step foot in this subway ever again!!!
Horrible customer service. The lady who was working had an attitude from the second we walked in. She apparently hates her job and takes it out on the customers. We will never be back.
