Route 28 Grill - Pittsburgh

My friend and I were sitting in the bar for 10 minutes. There were 3 bartenders. About 8 ppl at the bar. None of them came by to see if we wanted anything.

We'll get this hotel because it had a restaurant in it. We went with my 91-year-old mother who used a wheelchair. And it's very hard to get them out of the car. We sat down and nobody came by, so my husband went to the bar to ask. He said we were too busy. Of course we had to find something else we had to eat. This is unacceptable! You shouldn't eat if you don't have the staff.

First visit. Service is slow. I had to shout out to get someone's attention to get my check. Second visit was 5. I ordered a salad. Twenty minutes after my friend got her food, I didn't get my salad. I canceled my order. Again

Good food. Nice atmosphere. Cindy is absolutely the best!! But the other bartender.....RUDE!!! Overall, nice place to eat but I will ONLY go if Cindy's there!! Best Bartender Ever!!

Awesome experience. I came in at 9pm and they were closing. They still made us some food and were happy to do it. After a long trip, it was a nice way to end our day. Much appreciated.
