Red Lobster - Pittsburgh

Red Lobster food is always delicious! Prices are half-appropriate!

Unfortunately, our waitress was only completely inattentive to hurt our feelings. My mother had to eat her salad with her fingers because she had no cutlery. I had to ask a waitress if we could bring some cutlery. I really wanted to give a great tip and hoped that our visit would turn around, but my mother asked for water and got sprit, my diabetic dad got sweet iced tea and ordered unsweetened. After fillings did not come until we were finished eating because there were no clean cups after our waitress. She said something about being confused and not serving our table. She had an excuse for any ounce of lack of Luster service and we just left the feeling really neglected. I still gave a nice tip because I can't tap badly, although the service was just terrible. She took some guff from her staff to sit at the bar while waiting for us to finish the decision on what we wanted to order, and she sat in the lobby and spoke to people when we first came there. When the host told her we were sitting in her section, it almost felt like we were an inconvenience to her. I just don't know what's going on, but it wasn't a nice experience for my mother's birthday. I really wish I could have written a happier review.

I and my friend thought about 8:30 for a bite to eat. You were busy, but there was no waiting time. Our waitress was great. She was very attentive and got us additional cookies when we asked: I had a side salad and lobster bisque. It was smooth and creamy and delicious!!! He got Calamari and crab Lagun filled shrimp (new menu item and they were both cooked to perfection and delicious.

Wings for endless shrimps. Sunday night. We sat fast, not crowded. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Birthday event was a success. Our waitress was the best. The food was plentiful, hot and filling. Our waitress even participated in becoming a photographer. Thumb up. Kudos to a hard worker (she completed over time). You have to visit this restaurant, the experience will be remembered. Great customer service.
