If you want to finish your ice cream, you'll come here. there are two wonderful employees who make their ice cream exactly how it needs to be done. That's great for my tomorrow. I appreciate her, my ladies and men the west liberty mcdonald’s. food: 4/5

When I went to pick up some DoorDash orders, the restaurant was very slow on certain days. However, when I visited again recently, they were very fast. I'm not sure what happened before, but the food was good. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

I was not impressed with the service at this restaurant. We waited for 45-50 minutes for our order, during which time they continued to take new orders without fulfilling the existing ones. The manager eventually came out of their office to put a stop to new orders, only to disappear again and leave the workers to fill the backlog of orders. There was a clear lack of consistent management in ensuring orders were filled in a timely manner.

Not sure what the problem is, but if they randomly choose the outside trip thru track, no one will ever know that they are there. they will see how everyone goes on the inner track before them. there is also a 5 minute break between each running gear thru order. every single time. for about a year it will never be there again.

1 hr in the drive thru line. I understand I can cook for myself but my kid wanted nuggets and is super picky. Now I don’t have a Sunday night with my kid cause I spent it in my car waiting to have my order taken at the drive thru.
