Italian Village Pizza - Feedback

The gladiator was great as usual. However My cheeseburger came with no cheese and tomatoes and onion which I didn't order . SMH

Ordered Steak Gladiator, Half was cooked, other half was under cooked. This isn't the first time this has happened.
