Aside from our sweet and overworked server, this place was horrible. Not the Chili's I've loved forever. The chicken nachos were coated heavily with some sort of very strong seasoning. That has never been the case before, but my son and I were hungry and ate a few of them. Then came the boneless buffalo chicken salad... the lettuce was brown, wilted and slimy looking. The Buffalo chicken was a poorly prepared low quality piece of breaded chicken. We tried to discuss civilly with the manager, but he acted completely clueless. Won't be returning. Ever. The restrooms are filthy and so are the floors. Not enough staff to clean tables. A stranger in a UPMC uniform greeted us at the door to tell us that there was no hostess. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Oh. I am on crutches and nothing was handicapped accessible.

Don't come here, even if you are desperate. Stopped by for a quick meal after a movie and nothing else was open. This was anything but a quick meal we were there over two hours and mostly spent that waiting for our food. They delivered the wrong tables food to us, and our everything came out in a weird order you would think a salad and soup would come out before the entrée but not here). The steak we ordered medium was RARE and plate itself hot but the food very cold a sign it was sitting under the heat lamp for too long. When the bill finally came, it was so messed up that we went back and forth with our waitress five different times to get it corrected. I ordered the soup and salad which were both fine but instead of charging the soup and salad price listed on the menu, they charged for both separately $4 more). The happy hour beer price listed was not included $2 more), the upgrade for the meal deal which was listed at $2.50 charged $3) and an additional drink that we never received $5). One of these mistakes, I might have just let go to not deal with the hassle but our bill ended up being $10 more. Never again.
