Buffalo Wild Wings - Pittsburgh

Came out to watch some Monday night football and grab some wings. The wings were huge and very good. The staff was attentive and very nice. This place is always one of my first choices for a fun outing.

Worst experience ever. Waited for a hostess for 20 minutes. She comes up to the front and tells the couple in front of us it would be 20-30 minutes more for a table. The restaurant was 3/4 empty. So that would put us at just under an hour to be seated at an empty restaurant. I was a frequent customer here but I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. Between product outages, staffing issues and incredibly poor service I can’t justify my continued patronage. Sad because for years this place was a home run consistently.

10plus minutes to be greeted by a hostess, it was 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive (wrong beer initially due to bartender error), our food sat, in view of us, for 15 minutes not under a heat lamp. It was finally delivered by kitchen staff, cold. The server was great, but it was clear her manager didn't staff the restaurant properly.

No cause whoever prepared my order must’ve been dropped on their head HEAVY as a child. paid extra for sauces and got none of them. the fries may not have even been cooked all the way through and maybe got like 15 tiny worm looking fries i paid EXTRA 5$ for. i just wanted some wings and fries on this bad day BUT TWO OF MY WINGS WERE MISSING AS WELL. i guess the extra 10 seconds it takes to put the celery/carrots in my order is a hassle, too. GOD FORBID you have to do the job you signed up for. i hope you hit every redlight and your future babies cry every single night for the first 2 years straight and you can’t even remember what a good night’s sleep IS. EVER.

Would have given a 5 star but some drink items were out or tasted nasty.Service was an A+ and so was the food.
