Bidra med feedbackConsistently the worst customer service imaginable. Unwelcoming, rude, no greetings or have a nice days. I don't believe an employee has ever known how to redeem rewards either. It's really a shame.
Lower level in Robinson mall never check online orders. I order online so I'm not waiting on my break and when I come to pick up they haven't even started it. So what's the point of having online ordering ?
The original pretzel bites are absolutely amazing! The staff may seem a bit uninterested at times, but they are generally very friendly.
I visited the lower level and wasn't sure about the upper level, but I assume it's similar. Unfortunately, I experienced the worst customer service I've encountered in quite some time. I understand that many businesses are struggling with staffing issues, but the employees were consistently rude. The establishment opens late and closes early, unless their hours just haven't been updated correctly. I'm extremely disappointed and hope someone sees this and takes action. Many mall employees enjoy coming here, but losing them would be detrimental.
I ordered delivery at 5:30 PM, and everything seemed fine—the order was accepted, prepared, and the dasher arrived to pick it up. However, almost an hour later, the restaurant canceled the order without any call or explanation. Thanks for wasting our time! I won’t be ordering from here again!
