Brick Mortar - Pittsburg

Very slow service. It took upwards of 20 minutes to get a drink, and an hour for food. Waiter was visibly aggravated when I went up to the bar and asked a bartender if I could take my wife’s drink that was sitting there. Food was ok. But the “Kansas Black Angus” ribeye not so good. It was tough and lots of grissle. My wife ordered hers medium well and it came out rare. She took it to the kitchen herself because our waiter never came around and never asked how the food was. Food was great. Ate at lunch time. Had the rueben and fries. Would definitely have again. Rest of those in my party had a Cobb salad and a fried chicken sandwich, both which looked great too. Service was great. Atmosphere was quiet on a Wednesday at noon.

My first time there. Everything was great! I will definitely be back.

Have to have a reservation unless you sit in the bar area. Food was ok. Better have a thick wallet!!
