Place in the historic center, with few seats inside but with additional outdoor spaces, nice overall. The kitchen is the highlight. It was market day. Super good crock of livers, pleasantly toasted and crunchy bread. Crispy and delicious fried anchovies. Well made pici cacio e pepe. Fried lamb, also very crunchy and super good and the artichokes were no exception. For the wine they served us a bottle but in the bill, as announced, they considered the actual consumption. Great trattoria in the heart of Pistoia; All dishes were freshly prepared and were therefore particularly delicious: my wife and I will always remember the Spaghetti Amatriciana, as will the Bacalà con Ceci, the cod with chickpeas.
