We had the most incredible dinner here on our honeymoon! The setting was romantic, post sunset with a great view of the stars and sea. The food was impeccable, with so many unique flavors bursting in every bite it far exceeded any expectations we possibly could have had. And the team was fabulous warm, engaging and explaining the details of every dish with passion, never rushing us. The sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the wine pairing one for the books. We are still dreaming of those wines! We ate here on two occasions, last year and this year. This is a fine dining place, the best in Paros. Each time we got excellent food and service. Some food items that stood out were the cold soup with tomato and watermelon, the smoked eel and the lobster. If you want some traditional fare, the leg of lamb is really well done and the sauce reduction is exceptional. The sommelier was very good, we learned a few things about Greek wines and sampled a couple of bottles. Expect to spend here 150+ euro per person, but is totally worth it. Reservation fee was 200 euro and is used as prepayment towards your bill. Parking: Plenty of parking at the back of the restaurant.
