Il Prosciuttaio - PISA

One of the best GF places I’ve been outside of England. It’s located in a little side street in the centre of Pisa near the main bridge. A full range of 10-15 different pizzas and every pasta type! Pizzas were a standard €12 euros and they were so good we ended up going back a second night in a row. They also offered GF Peroni and the staff made us feel very safe eating there due to how careful they were getting our order right. I would highly recommend going here if your in Pisa!

We were kindly received and sitting. The man who took care of us had great English and explained what we can order in gluten-free option. That's almost everything. He even recommended to combine the wine with the food we picked up. You can pay with the card what is good to know. Great experience.

More than enough gluten free menu options, very nice service, very tasty and fresh food!
