La Table des Peres - Piré-sur-Seiche

It was an excellent lunch. The simplest menu (28€ was of great value and innovative, mixing simple and expensive products. Among other things, the Velouté was a pleasure. And the environment is as pleasant as the plate!

We spent a very nice evening in this restaurant. We loved the environment (nicely lit), the service was very efficient and helpful and the menu was original, delicious and with local and seasonal dishes. We definitely recommend it.

I went to the table of the Père on Friday for lunch with my wife. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. The cook has suggested very original variations of high quality local and seasonal ingredients. All meals were very good aesthetic and technical. Fish was cooked to perfection and the harmony of natural flavors was well balanced. All dishes we took saw unique and original with a good selection of ingredients (flowers, herbs, vegetables from their garden). The wine shows were also of the best quality thanks to the expertise of the waiter, who could clearly describe the wines. Every wine fits the food well. Overall, this was a great discovery. The price for such a good restaurant was really acceptable if you compare it with a Michelin star. I would recommend visiting both the restaurant and the castle park.

Coutumière dur Château des Pères , j'avais hâte de découvrir la Table...Et qu'elle fut ma très bonne surprise.Venue pour y fêter un anniversaire en famille , nous avons été reçus comme nous sommes revus quand on arrive chez des amis, chaleureusement!Table magnifique e bis et metal...le ton est donné.Des mise en bouche au dessert....aucune faute !Un grand coup de coeur à la Lotte sauvage accompagne de son risotto de sarrasin et herbes sauvages du Château...cuisson du poisson parfaitement maitriséesaveurs étonnantes ..c'est une superbe expérience culinaire.Tout ceci dans un décor sobre et service discret et efficace.Un grand merci à Jérome Jouadé et toute son équipe de nous faire vivre de si jolis momentsPetite suggestion : il serait délicat d'accompagner les cafés et boissons chaudes de mignardises afin de finir en beauté.infime bémol pour le thé proposé lors de la fin du repas...peut être un souci d'approvisionnement..en effet la sélection d'une marque de thé( digne de ce nom) serait de bon gout

Lieu magnifique, cuisine créative et maîtrisée service attentionné et professionnel. la même cuisine à Paris aurait déjà son étoile.merci pour ce moment!!!
