Pizza Hut - Piqua

First time back in a few years, pizzas got really bad so stopped going but I decided to give them a try again and it was good, Hope it will stay that way for a while. Not the employees fault but pizza hut corporation needs to take better care of it's property, repair it's parking lot and update somewhat, drive thru window area and parking lot in poor condition,

Overpriced garbage. They make you spend 14 dollar minimum and charge 5 bucks for delivery lol. If you order I suggest not tipping the driver to make up the delivery charge. They already get enough money from delivery

Phoned in my order prices are a bit high honestly but pizza hut was what I wanted. Food was good and made correctly service was friendly and order was done on time. Didn't go in to store pulled up to carry out

This is by far the WORST Pizza Hut I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did the staff act as though we were wasting their time the sanitation practice was deplorable. All of our food was made by staff with no gloves, one of whom kept coughing all over the kitchen. The kid working the counter had his headphones on the entire time and acted like it was beneath him to help his customers. Will NEVER do business here again and have no problems letting my friends and family know not to waste money or time here.

So I had a get together with some of my friends. We ordered pizza, hour and a half goes past, no pizza. I'm diabetic and my friend has health issues so we need to eat when our sugar gets low. Call Pizza Hut, they never actually entered the order. So we RETELL them our entire order and we're told we would get a refund. The order comes 40 minutes later, missing one of the main items and it's been a few days later and still haven't gotten a refund yet and have tried to call multiple times to talk to someone and get hung up on. Absolutely the worse experience me and my entire friend group have ever had.
