Bidra med feedbackIf I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered an EL Jalasco and it came with raw dough. We also tried two Pineapple Deluxe dishes, but there weren't any halves of pineapple—only one of them had a piece of pineapple in it. We ordered five meals and received only a small cup of salsa, and the cheese dip was the same tiny size. It was absolutely ridiculous. When I called to express my concerns, they simply said, "That's just how it is," which is not the case. I've had the Pineapple Deluxe before, and it always came served in a half pineapple. It felt like they were just making excuses. I would never go back there again. The service was terrible, and you would think that in times like these, when they need business, they would make an effort to take care of their customers. It's a Mexican restaurant that doesn’t even give you a cup of salsa with every meal! The food was disappointing, and we wasted $60.00.
If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered the EL Jalasco and received it with raw dough. We had two Pineapple Deluxe dishes, but neither came in half a pineapple as expected; only one of them had a piece of pineapple in it. We also ordered five meals but only received a small cup of salsa, and the cheese dip was the same tiny size. It was absolutely ridiculous. When we called to address these issues, they said, "That's just how it is," which is simply not acceptable. I had the Pineapple Deluxe before and it was served in half a pineapple, so their excuses make no sense. I will never return there again. The service was terrible, and you’d think in times like these they would strive to keep customers happy. A Mexican restaurant that doesn't provide a cup of salsa with every meal? It's unbelievable. We ended up wasting $60.00 on bad food.
The food was incredibly delicious and the waiter was very friendly. I had a wonderful lunch there on Valentine's Day.
Fresh Fajita meal for two.
