Subway - Pinson

It was fantastic. I called an employee and told them how great it was. They were very friendly, the place was clean and they went beyond and beyond. One of the best I was and will definitely go back. The first time I've ever heard welcome to the subway when I went to the door.

Fast service, friendly staff and good food especially the chopped salad.

I choose this subway because the staff there was amazing and they would make the feast sub. A discontinued secret menu item. However I believe they have new owners because the staff working during my visit refused to make my sandwich. Afterwards the customer service provided was short and a bit snippy.

The prices for a average sub have gotten really out of hand.

Little more then a yr ago I gave this a 4 star, well I went there yesterday. They are extremely cheap and rude in there. They accept absolutely no coupons you get in mail from subway. And I got a 6 inch meatball for a quick lunch. It was more of a 4 inchsauce sandwich. Not many meatballs at all and so soggy with sauce, I guess to make it seem like you got some. Won't go hereagain.
