Tina's Place - Pinole

I called 15 minutes ago so I could have the chance to come here and enjoy a warm sandwich in the park with my dog. I got there no one recognized me, I had my dog with me, so I didn't feel comfortable going inside, I finally asked about my eating and the waitress said that she was 3 times to the third time that I was eaten so that I opened the door and stood on the door with my dog and left all the cold air in everyone was angry and I said sadly, but the only one seems to get away. the waitress spoke to me rudely to close the door, and I had not yet had my food that I had left without my food, I was angry! never come back to tina’s and also please train her personal, they are always like chicken without heads and see and speak very unprofessional with long acrylic nails that oppose the health code by the way.

Eat big, service was good, but they need to clean the rest more often other wise I would give a 5 stars.

The first time here, and it was the best breakfast / brunch that I had for a long time!

Eating was excellent, service is terrible. No one acknowledges that they are there, even though they look right at them while they go by. a simple that we will be with them in a few minutes, or please sit down yourself is everything necessary!

I had pancakes and eggs and my pancakes tasted like onions. Hubby had chicken club and chicken was so over cooked he couldn't eat it so he took it off and just ate the bacon lettuce and tomato. We went at around 1pm. It wasn't too busy just seemed understaffed. I've been here a few times and the food is usually very good. So we were obviously disappointed and surprised. We may try again but for the price we paid we may not. Unfortunate. Hopefully they can figure out how to get more help or the staff be more attentive to the customers.
