Bidra med feedbackI was surprised this morning how good my latte was, and it even had microfoam I know from personal experiences is difficult to make consistent. This Starbucks location makes a much better job than Fitzgerald.
I have no complaints about Starbucks! This special location was pleasant and clean and I loved that they had friendly workers.
It took almost 2 months to write that because I was between the positive things I wanted to say about the Starbucks Manager vs. the sad observation I made about our "community" this day. five stars for the compassion manager, the afternoon of the 12th November 2021 works because he was thoughtful and conscientious, although she did not know what was going on with me. Look, I literally stumbled in Starbucks, who couldn't walk on foot and bought me an orange juice just before I almost passed a table over the room. The young lady who took my order looked completely unfazed, but she either has to call the manager or the manager noticed and called 911. I had a very bad physical reaction to have drawn too much blood to Emperor, literally over the parking lot. Technically, I went into a longer Fainting spell. It's scary if it ever happened to you. A low blood pressure drop may lead to a heart attack as it felt this day. I have hypotension (extra low blood pressure, but for some reason my doctor thought it would be OK to let the Phlebotomist 6 vials blood (not related to Covid btw). I'm 108lb. Long story short I sat in my car a few minutes after taking blood, felt OK but decided to drive to Starbucks for something sweet before I went to the highway on the ramp, then the world began to turn. Although I have a mask on, I can only imagine what the manager of Starbucks must have considered Covid, so I am extra grateful that she has come! I'm stressing this part about what happened before I went through the door. Id fell out of my car because I didn't want to go alone and I knew I needed some sweet drink. When I made my way over the parking lot, my knees started to buckle and can't make it to the front door, so I got onto a chair at an outside table to catch me from falling. literally next to a group of people, must have been at least 10, laugh with drinks. There was no way to miss me, I breathed strongly, bent, head on the table almost collapsed. I was dizzy, bad, flashy hot and cold and for what reason I couldn't talk, I couldn't breathe properly and hurt my chest. No single person in this group came by to see if I was okay or even retrieve from a distance to ask if I was okay. It was scary and I felt so alone and helpless. I wasn't right. I knew I needed something to drink with sugar right away, so I hung up for the door, bent over, knees weak and almost out and go in. I saw for the first time what an orange juice was on the cooled wall section. I just stole it before I put my debit card on the counter. The girl at the counter arranged me without hitting an eye (how do you do that????? Maybe she thought I was drunk? Longer story short, 911 consignor asked the manager to stay with me what she did. It calmed me down what helped my chest to stop hurting and stop my head swimming. Medics came, I was fine, it was embarrassing, but the group of people was still there. Even if I might look like I was intoxicated, nobody was curious enough to say, "You're okay?" After the paramedics decided, I was OK and left. I sat there waiting for my husband on the same outside table as before, near the same group as before. None of them told me anything even after I rolled into an ambulance. So if you are in Starbucks 1315 Pinole Valley rd., with a large group of “honest looking” people sitting outside about 2 p.m. in the afternoon on the 12th. November 2021, you are all real pieces of work.
Besides my drink absolutely delicious I appreciate the staff that holds the mask log. I experienced a very rude customer refused to create a mask and curse the staff. The staff kept cool and even refunded the guy before he left. Thank you for keeping it stylish and keeping everyone safe :
