In-n-out Burger - Pinole

You can never go wrong with a Double Double. I rarely eat fast food but when I do, it is In-N-Out all day.

As a former employee I’m sad to write this on here, but I feel like I have no other choice, I’m not being heard anywhere else.I’ve had the worst experience working under Casey Ford! He’s extremely unprofessional abuses his power and authority, very passive aggressive he's extremely rude he brings a hostile environment, gives his employees no grace as most of them are teenagers and this can be their first time job experience. He threatens to cut back our hours and even when we have an open availability he gives us the least amount of hours possible and threatens to fire us. I was constantly fearing for my job and even though I liked working for In-N-Out and enjoyed my position and coworkers, he was the worst part of it and unfortunately, that’s the reason I left. If anyone can help me report him please comment back.

Just made it in time before afternoon crowds booth were empty then after awhile seemed people were everywhere it was packed ....Love service an just how fast running hamburgers fries can be fast thought prices have gone up just a little hasn't stopped the line in side or line of cars outside taking orders to go!So a place to be seen lots of families sitting down way coolThis place is hamburger joint I'd say step down from Mel's...But it's Great for go for foodIt's the place for drink hamburger fries joint...Just kicking it......So again take careDo something give someone a Smile and Happy trails folksHave a Great day!Until next time..........Parking: Parking is tight plus drive through is tough because it can be very long I mean long!

The food is usually excellent, but this particular day, the fried were undercooked. I would have taken them back, but we went in the drive-thru, and we were from out of town. So we were unable to eat them.Next time I'll say crispy please!

Always a great meal with wonderful customer service.Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the time, the handicap parking is open every once in a while, someone in the spot, or blocking it without a placard. It's very frustrating.
