Pizza Hut - Pineville

Going to dine in 5 employees standing outside said waitress left for emergency with nobody to take her place. So dining room closed and could only get carry out o ly. Wasn't like they were super busy. Apparently takes 6 people to dine in.

Food was good but on the pricey side for four people

Found bones in my pizza. Called them and they basically thought I was lying. They said something along the lines of we use boneless chicken. Swallowed a smaller one I thought was probably a piece of pepper until I found a bigger sharper one when I bit into it. I’ll see if I find anymore and report

The workers were very nice and friendly and it was a great atmosphere ?

This location saved our night (from the Middlesboro location). They knew we were coming in from a bad customer service experience and were hungry. They took care of us in a timely manner and we had a great experience with great food. The waitress was very sweet and accommodating.
