Chick-fil-a - Pinellas Park

The sweet tee is terrible. I tried several times a day and I'm not sure whether it's about children doing it or what, but it tastes like sweet water with overrest of what use to be tee. very disappointed. this use to be my favorite places, but lately the tee has no taste at all.

I enjoy Chick-Filas eating together with their service, but the last three times that I was, they have messed up my order by giving me something spicy. I've never ordered anything sharp, so I'm gonna give four stars. that is, Chick-Fila is located in the shoppes at the park place to pay more attention to the order they fill to reach the customer satisfaction.

Don't let her children or children work here! tell a friend to tell a friend! as a minor, I worked for over ten hours with one break. the manager was aware that I needed one after I brought them to their attention, but never did anything. After I brought them to their attention, she sent 3 other people to me. two minors and 19 years old. the minors take a break every 4 hours, I was on the clock since 12 hours, and at the time this incident was around 6 clock when she sent the last person who was 19 years old on a break that came there at 4 before me! I can remind her that I was on the clock since before 12pm! when it was time that I was going, the service manager did not recognize me or that she gave me no break as if she would not break the law. when it was pushed to the attention of a higher manager, she showed no concern and I was told that she would follow me in two days. three days pass and she calls my mother to get the story back and that was the end. I never have a direct apology from the manager in the service, and the apology I got from the height was very disappointing because the care or care for my feelings. they use younger minors by letting them sit out for more than 30 min maximum time, they make certain dinge do because manager are too lazy and they jus flat out don't care about their employees. they only pay about the work! it would be a better business to work if it were under a better management. I would have done this to punish them for their actions, but nothing will change. hopefully they just do better and treat future employees better than they do to me.

They are alway friendly and fast to take their order and give them to eat. I always get a 6 piece grilled chicken and waffel fries with chick felt a sosty and a limonade. it is always fresh and tasty.

Consistently forget sauces, straws, etc. Every time I get carry-out here, I’m already standing back in line because I know they forgot my sauce.Food is below par for Chick-Fil-A standards.General Manager and team need to get it together.
