If that wasn't extraordinary enough, dessert took it to another level. Describing it simply as cheesecake would be akin to comparing a child’s drawing to the Mona Lisa. It was unbelievably delicate and soft, reminiscent of an exquisite French cheese, and was elegantly topped with a berry coulis. Ensuring that all serving and most clearing were completed before our keynote speaker began was crucial for the event. Working with Chef Mark Elliott was a pleasure; he truly puts his heart into delivering an exceptional experience.

Elliott's catered our wedding this past September, and we couldn't have asked for a better vendor! The team demonstrated the utmost professionalism, combined with kindness and graciousness, making the entire experience both wonderful and stress-free. Elise truly understood our vision and ensured that we got everything we wanted. Although our menu ended up being completely different from our original idea, Elise and her team were incredibly accommodating with all the changes. Additionally, Elise provided invaluable assistance with last-minute venue walkthroughs and alcohol permit issues. The level of care and attention given to the logistics was mirrored in the thoughtful presentation of the food and service. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the shrimp and grits appetizer! We are incredibly grateful to Elliott's Catering for helping us host our event. It was a privilege to collaborate with such an exceptional catering team.
