Wawa - Pine Hill

This Wawa has disappointed me several times. First, regular coffee tastes like water. I made complaints to the management, but at least 4 months nothing was done. I just went there today to see if things changed, but unfortunately they didn't. The store was a complete mess and I didn't buy one. I generally fell for love with Wawa. It used to buy one of my favorite places, but now we are distant strangers. I haven't bought Wawa for months. It's sad

If I'm honest, I'm not really going to this Wawa for a lot out of gas. There?s a participant with brownish blonde hair called Jocelyn! She's hands down one of the best fuel visitors! I had problems with my app while getting gas several times and she is ALWAYS patient, friendly and she even cleanses my windows when time allowed! When it comes to customer service- they really show?s excellent customer service for each individual, every time! If you ask me, Jocelyn should train people what a customer service really means!

On three separate occasions I had made a turkey panini inappropriate. Every three times, the employees who spoke with each other were forced to distract themselves so much that the orders mix. I just drove home twice to discover that my sandwich was wrong. For the first time, they roast beef and drink the second. Now I do it a point to check the food before I go and safe enough, the third time when I order it to be wrong, but I get it before leaving. I don't want the person who makes my sandwich to babysit, but it comes to this point.

I ordered domestic chicken bites and got from the Emloyee, that was nothing while Timer went away. I politely asked her to get her after listening to the timer for five minutes and waited until she had finished her orders, and she was still there and ignored me when I asked if she could get her and then she told me out and that's not how you treat customers!

Just called and ordered fried raviolis and Daniel answered the phone! I'm not sure if he's the store manager but he was incredibly nice and deserves a raise. He was so pleasant to speak with!!
