Cabina Caffe - Pine City

I've been giving this place the benefit of the doubt for several years, but unfortunately, I am always let down. I chose to visit here instead of the McDonald's down the street, hoping that this time would be different and that I could finally enjoy a quality drink. However, that was not the case. I ordered an iced white chocolate lavender mocha and received a large cup of milk that was more coffee-colored than anything else, tasting mostly like caramel. The overwhelming amount of sugar masks the coffee flavor entirely. It's frustrating to feel like I have a better chance of getting a decent drink at a gas station than at a coffee shop that specializes in brewing coffee.

Charming little coffee shop in an adorable small town, conveniently located on our way north to Lake Superior. The Dirty Chai Latte was absolutely delightful! To top it off, the staff was friendly and provided us with excellent travel tips. We recently relocated to Minnesota from Northern California, so we truly appreciate all the help we can get!

Kris's coffee shop is simply the best! I can’t resist buying her scones by the dozen; they’re that good. Everything is baked fresh every day, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I've been a customer since they first opened, and I have to say, no one stands between me and my salted caramel latte!
