Pizza Man - Pikesville

Order here often. Not issues. Today I ordered loaded fries and an American cold cut. They sent me the pizza fries and an Italian cold cut. I called back they sent the order again however the fries were charred and not edible. I called a 3rd time and they told me they sent the correct order. I explained how I'm not satisfied with the quality and I would like them to send it again. He tried to offer me a credit, I decline. I offered to send a picture so he could see for himself

Terrible! service is non existent, disorganized, and the food quality has decreased severely over the past few years. The pizza I ordered was a sloppy mess and also took far too long to get the order picked up. I will never return to this disaster of a place, what a waste of my time and money! SAD! They could not locate my order, asked me for a receipt after I just paid and did not get a receipt after they charged me more for a 16 instead of 14 pizza, it's in their name

I ask the guy for condiments for my daughters food he told me they were in the bag, big nope. The food had no flavor like brown water or dried cardboard. And i guess he for got fries and the menu said it came with can soda big old nope. Why do i work my tail off to make what little money i have only to waste it on this kissing cousin style restaurant. ......please pass this place and dont waste your money!

My coworkers and I order from this place a lot. We usually order chicken wings, fries and subs. Well today, we should've stuck with the old plan. I wanted to get fancy and order a turkey sandwich on wheat with all of the fixings. Big mistake!!!! I Could hardly find any turkey on the sandwich. They took 2 pieces of turkey lunch meat and folded it. It was Very disturbing! I will not order anymore sandwiches from this place.

Best pizza! I refuse to go somewhere else, they have good pickup offers and it is delicious!
