Bidra med feedbackWe visited pietrasanta on the Saturday of our vacation in toskana, a beautiful little town, so we decided to eat there at lunchtime and I am glad we did. a court I always wanted to try in italia is spaghetti alla vongole and when I saw it. in the garden bar arranged I decided to try it. when we entered them, it was very busy, just a few diners, but many people want coffee and wine to drink in the outdoor sitting area, it seems that a lunch prosecco is popular among the locals in pietrasanta. I asked for the spaghetti vongole and a thunfischsalat for my wife together with two beer, the owner then explained that as he was at this moment himself, eating would take about 15 minutes, we agreed that this was good and our sitting. when our eating arrived my wife salat was beautiful, full of fresh vegetables, it must have been 3-4 different types of salat and the tomatoes were really sweet and juicy. my first look at spaghetti alla bygole was a surprise, I thought it would have a kind of sauce, as I had only seen it, it was cooked on tw where tomatoes were used, but it was simply dressed in olive oil with a light sperling of crumbs, which had a lot of juicy muddles, some of which were still in their shells. it was delicious and I look forward to re-creating it at home. at the end of our lunchtime the owner brought us an Italian version of a Danish baked free to wait for a nice geste to miss. well worth visiting and a place I would come back to.
