Guadalajara Mexican - Pierre

I once worked in a Mexican restaurant and my boss always said service comes first. The service here was terrible. The server took his time waiting for customers and I even saw a table holiday because he had taken so long to get to them.

All right! We were out of town for a work conference and tried. They were pretty busy at the time we arrived, but were welcomed and served quite fast. Our food came in a short time and very hot! An employee came to fill our drinks and apologized for waiting, but we immediately reacted that we had not waited at all. I was very happy with the service and my food was excellent! (Enchilladas rancheras) Our hotel's restaurant staff should watch Guadalajara's staff for some pointers.
