These cookies are always doughy and underbaked. This locations customer service is non-existent, and they are understaffed. They also prioritize online orders over the people in the store.I stood in a line of 15 people waiting to make an order and 6 people waiting to receive their order. It 's busy, that 's fine. However, not a single one of the 4 employees there said a word to anyone. No hello, bare with us, it 'll just be a few minutes, we are waiting on the oven. nothing! They were serving stone cold silence. The 2 front cashier ladies seemed overwhelmed, facing the back wall clicking through the online orders and loading box after box for delivery, without taking a single order from the customers actually in the building. Delivery drivers came in, one after the other, squeezing through the crowd and taking their orders to go, and the staff continued packing cookies for more delivery. The first customer in line decided to order online for pick up and wait in her car, hoping to get better service. 2 other people walked out before they finally took the first order of the line from us mere meat sacks.
