Bidra med feedbackI went to the drive-thru and ordered from the menu. I chose what I thought were organic strawberry juice boxes. When I got to the front, I was given Minute Maid apple juice instead.
I frequent this restaurant (at least once a week) because it is one of the few fast food options in Pictou. Unfortunately, there are only a couple of employees who can accurately take orders from the drive-thru. Most of the time, my orders are made incorrectly or items are forgotten. I have come to expect this level of service. Whether it's the wrong bread, missing soup, forgotten cookies, or incorrect ingredients on my sandwiches, there always seems to be a mistake. It baffles me how they can consistently get orders wrong and still ask for tips on their debit machines. During my recent visit, I ordered two sandwiches, two soups, two cookies, and two bottled drinks. They did not have the bread for my sandwich, one of the soups I wanted, or enough soup for two servings. They almost gave me the wrong drink until I corrected them and they let me drive off without my cookies. This type of experience is unfortunately typical for this Subway location in Pictou. I called to inform them about the missing cookies and overheard the drive-thru employee admitting the mistake. Despite the poor service, I may have to return due to the limited dining options in the area. However, I may reach a point where the frustration outweighs the convenience.
I eat at subway all over the province weekly. This subway has got to be the cleanest, friendliest and quickest subway I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait to come back. My sub was made to perfection. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
