Mcdonald's - Pico Rivera

Been here a lot of times but this morning the manager lady was super unhelpful and seem annoyed that her employee messed up our order! We come to Mc Donald’s often and I’m so annoyed that they would act like this to anyone !

Being transparent they got my order wrong but without a Matthew the manager night shift there's a happy ending to the story. Express how they got my order wrong tonight as well as 30 express my frustration in this being the 3rd time in a row in the last 4 days I went to McDonald's and they got oder wrong. Anywho I truly was not satisfied with this McDonald's which was my favorite Lowkey. Well I thoroughly expressed my opinion to Matthew night shift supervisor who was more than willing and ready to remedy this mishap. His final and thoughtful decision was to replace my entire order and accommodated me an extremely hot crisp and delicious strawberrys and creme pie which I owe so enjoyed and was greatly appreciative of. People wonderful customer service at this McDonald's.

Curbside service is da ?Parking: Too many people use the parking lot to go to lil Ceasars pizza

No one from the team. Not even the teamleader or manager tries to Acknowledge costumers walking in. No greeting. And over a 10 min wait to be even looked at and just met with an annoyed stare. Corporate really needs to look into costumer service in this store. This happened Sat/Jan/27 at around 1:30 pm.
