Sakada Sushi Teriyaki - Pickering

Hubby and I eat in or take out at least once per week. Food always fresh and excellent! Great prices! Very clean kitchen, restaurant and washrooms. Wheelchair accessible. Owners are very kind and polite. They do a good business. There are so many reasons that Sakada Sushi gets our loyalty!

My husband and I were looking for early dinner fare, and pizza was just not the option today. This restaurant recently opened up, and since another Japanese restaurant closed south of the area, we thought we would give this a try and see what it was like. We were not disappointed. Both of us had the chicken teriyaki (with a generous scoop of sticky rice;) we also ordered the California rolls and the chicken tempura rolls. My husband also had the miso soup. Everything was better than expected. I liked the fact that since we don't get a knife, the chicken was sliced into bite-sized pieces (chopsticks were provided as well). Their all-you-can-eat dinner price of $19.99 for an adult seems very reasonable, and we will consider that next time. The décor is a little lacking, but the food made up for it. It was nice and light, and did not leave us feeling stuffed. We will definitely be returning.
