Bidra med feedbackThis was first time and unfortunately my last. I usually eat fish and chips very sporadically so when I do, I want the best. I found the halibut batter was very greasy. I literally had to soak up the grease before I could way it.
Food for the most was good, a little greasy. Can be very busy place at times but staff is friendly and accomodating.
I'm fussy about fish and chips..had lots of bad dinners, but at Jaspers I found my perfect fish and chips. Add a side of bread and butter

Jaspers has been part of the Pickering food scene for many many years and we have lived here for over 40 years and enjoy heading to jaspers for our fish and chips The restaurant is cosy, seats about 40 diners and has quite a varied menu of fish and side orders. The food is always fresh, tasty and served quickly and tastes greatIt can be busy, at times, but a lot of customers prefer to have their orders as take out so the you dont have much of a wait for a tablethe owner is very friendly and never forgets a face, i hadnt been in there for maybe 10 years and she knew me right off the bat!if you are travelling through the area looking for fish and chips try Jaspers
