Bang Bang Korean Crunch - Pickering

There was only one worker working at the store, so my friends, the other customers and i had to wait over 25 minutes for our food. the cashier was on her phone the whole time she took our order and was hardly paying attention to what we were saying. was very short, inattentive and hard to hear talk because she was so quiet. while she was cooking our food she was also on her phone texting constantly, seemed very unsanitary as she wasn’t wearing gloves and handled our food with bare hands right after using her cell phone

DISGUSTING.I’ve been coming to this location the very first day they opened. Food was amazing, customer service was amazing that’s why I kept on going back until I saw they had new management. I decided to give them a chance and I regretted it before even receiving my food. The lady was so nasty I was in shock. She proceeded to start off by putting my buns on the grill. No washing hands. Then proceeded to make my chicken with 1 glove on, took of the glove flipped my buns without washing her hands after she was dealing with raw chicken. She then proceeded to cash out another customer, grabbed their money, gave back change, also touch the atm machine, screen then went to go flip my buns. I made it aware to her that she did not wash her hands after touching the money. She put her hands under the water for 0.5 seconds without using soap. I had to tell her to wash it again, WITH SOAP. She did then proceeded to make my burger with the same buns! I told her I do not want those buns, I wanted new ones. She ignored me then I had to keep on yelling at this point to make her get me new buns she dashed the old ones in the garbage. On top of being unhygienic, she was RUDE I would never go back. They should close down this place. Absolutely disgusted by her. She was a chubby, short Indian lady I believe, so if you order from her, please watch your food while it’s being made. They were amazing, idk what happened.

Slow service. Chicken sandiwch took forever and got passed a sandwich the six of a kiddie hamburger lol for $12 for just the sandwich. Not worth it.

Looking at these recent reviews I must say that I wholeheartedly disagree with the people whom had a less Desirable experience, but respect their opinion nonetheless. I can wholeheartedly say that this was not my experience. I approached the counter and was greeted by a friendly associate who took my order. They were pleasant and I told me that my meal would be ready within 6 to 7 minutes. I had sat down and within six minutes it was ready and I must say it was above my expectation. Not only was it delicious it was the most economical choice of all the food court. Not to discredit the other pricing systems I’m just saying that bang bang gives you bang for your buck!. I had talked briefly to the person working behind the cash and then explain to me that they had recently taken over and there are a few growing pains, this probably explains the dissatisfied customers on the reviews. Honestly the chicken sandwich is unbelievable and my companion for lunch , had tried the cheese hotdog combination and they loved it along with the two choices of sauces that they provided. I wish I could remember the names but I’m not certain I know one was a mixture of spicy mayonnaise , and the other one was a chilli sweet savoury sauce. Anyhow I hope you enjoy your experience and I highly recommend.

I went weekend this place I never eated such good hot dog !
