Bidra med feedbackA lovely gem tucked away with beautiful views of the vineyard. We were there during the Anzac long weekend and were very surprised that it wasn't extremely packed. It was busy enough to get a nice vibe. Our host, was knowledgeable and has a gentle/approachable demeanour. We were there for our wedding anniversary lunch and they tucked us away in a quiet and sunny spot. We ordered a mezze board and the food was lovely. So were the wines. Highly recommend the wine tasting too. Will definitely recommend family and friends to this estate and look forward to visit them again.
What a great little find this was today! We were lucky enough to secure the best table in the house #4) following a cancellation, also lucky enough to get the last of the home-baked gluten-free bread with our cheese cured meats. If you think gf bread is awful, wait until you try this! Oh the wine is pretty good as well
Called in for a tasting. An excellent selection of wines. Good to contrast the Verdejo with the Verdelho. I also thought the Pinot Noir was excellent.
Cannot fault the service, wine or food. We rocked in as a group of 8 kiwi/aussies reunited after two years apart and in high spirits but without a booking. Despite being 5 mins from the kitchen closing time they reopened the kitchen for us and provided nothing but excellent, friendly service. They also had extensive options for food allergies. Highly recommended.
Popped in, unannounced with 8 family members from New Zealand last Sunday. Staff we very accommodating and had some nice GF options for some of our Family. Had a lovely late lunch, bought and tried some very tasty wines. We all bought wine, very rare, I personally bought a few Shiraz Viognier to enjoy back in Nelson NZ. Cheer's Team.
