Such a bad vibe to me everytime I go in this restaurant. And I have to mention the crew member DANIELLE (or however u spell her name) as well always very loud talking about personal things while on the line. I shouldn't hear your conversation from behind the register all the way around the restaurant.
I Love it my wife and I come there 3 to 4 times a week and on the weekends. We Love the FROSTY.
Used to love Wendy’s but now that they are changing their pricing to “Surge Pricing,” I won’t be back. Ever. One star.
I was very pleased with the timely manner my food came out on as well as the taste and freshness. However, I was very upset to learn that my very large order was unable to be applied as reward points on my Wendy's application, because I (the customer) did not let the first widow attendant know I needed my in app QR code scanned before she took my money and tendered my change! Be careful if you do not have this ready and scanned before the transaction is paid and closed out at the first window , apparently, they can do nothing about it.
I love this location. They are always very fast and friendly and Hope was very helpful in making sure my order was delivered fast and accurately. Thanks for making my dinner a positive experience and someone get that girl a raise??
