Osteria Verona

Great location in heart of square. Good for people watching and to have a aperitif or night cap. Good place for kids especially if they are picky (they have pizza, burgers, fries). But as far as food goes, it's not all that great. Far better resturants in town. I would skip unless you really want to sit outside in the square. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

My partner and I had dinner two nights ago at the Osteria Verona in Piazza delle Erbe. Of course the location is beautiful and we were welcomed very well. Professionalism and friendliness at the top. We ate very well: A mixed platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses, with a delicious vegetable giardiniera, an excellent mustard and a spectacular hot focaccia. For the second course we had the mixed meat skewer with potatoes... what can I say, very good. Very generous and tasty dishes and being in the historic center of Verona, prices are more than honest.
