I made the mistaken of going into the restaurant when the drive thru typically proves adequate. Waited for over 25 minutes for our food, during which time I started to watch the (lack of) process in which things are done in this restaurant . There were basically four people doing the work in the kitchen while 3 or 4 others socialized in the dining area, making messes and having no pride or sense of ownership in their establishment. Workers were much more interested in spending time with their families in the dining area than actually working. Unfortunately I am not all that surprised. When I finally had enough and approached the counter, the employee had no idea I had never received, or even ordered my food. At this time i also saw several drive thru customers enter the restaurant as the were fed up with the long wait times as well. McDonalds is likely too large to ever care about one dissatisfied customer so i dont expect much, but this is kind of sad.
