Dairy Queen (treat) - Phoenixville

They have a very extensive blizzard menu that I rarely see at other locations. Always clean and the line goes quick.

They screwed up my Blizzard 2x. Very obvious the main ingredients were absent or so slight it couldn't be found after digging around for it. Although they agreed to correct it, it was still wrong the second time. Nice outdoor seating but I won't be back...

Very dirty inside. Tables covered in ice cream. Two girls had crop tops on, and all 3 acted like they didn't want to be there. Anytime anyone left, they went right to the back. When teenage girls came in, they all just stared at each other with a look. They don't have to dress like nuns, but WTH. Im all for wearing what you want but the workplace is different. Dirtiest dairy queen I've ever been in. Definitely won't be back.

This branch is TRASH. Unprofessional, lazy teenagers that close early when they want to and don’t make things the way they are supposed to. Milky blizzards that they don’t flip upside down for obvious reasons and small portions on classics is pure disrespect to the brand. Even our 9 year old said what’s wrong with this branch when we handed him his blizzard. Don’t take my word for it, go to any other Dairy Queen in the area and there is no comparison. We will not be returning ever, a gift card for triple what we spent wouldn’t bring me back to this branch. I would rather drive 20 minutes to Trooper or Pottstown.
