Service is subpar but they never have stuff in stock. Today we were told they were all out of chicken...how can you run a business that sells breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but no chicken which is half of their menu items? Someone cannot figure out inventory I guess. Don't waste your time at this location unless you wanna wait 30+ minutes for 3 cars in front of you. ?

Went to bigOTires next door. It was a 3 hour wait. Decided to walk down Wendy’s about 1/8mile away. Ordered a number 9 handed me my empty cup, and when I walked to the drinks I was disgusted. I know fast food restaurants are already dirty to begin with but this right here was it. I left thinking nothing of it. Then after biting my burger it tasted like left over fried oil. Being used all over again for a new day. Never will I eat there again.

Terrible service. I believe her name was Alondra, she was rude and could sense it in the tone of her voice. I also asked for sauces and she hissed and told someone else to give them to me. It's pathetic that I go to a place to eat and they treat you like that.

They need to close this location. I want to give ZERO stars. They never want to work nor do they provide any customer service. They will make excuses on the system being down, when other workers come out to admit they're just taking a break. This location needs to be closed down. The employees do not want to work there and will openly complain to customers about not being paid enough to assist customers. Save your time money. Do not eat here. I wouldn't be surprised if the kitchen food service wasn't up to code.
