The Park Street Food - Phoenix

I understand that the restaurant is busy when events are going on. However, there is no excuse for food coming out incorrectly. It doesn't matter how busy a restaurant is. Our order was very simple, 2 chicken finger entrees with honey mustard and barbecue dipping sauces. One with truffled fries, one with regular fries, one house salad. When the food was delivered by a food runner, They delivered 1 entire, no dipping sauce. He seemed confused when we said we ordered 2 entrees, and a house salad. Waitress came over and said to the food runner that he delivered to the wrong table. That entree wound up being free so that was nice. However, when we received our 2 entrees. They both had regular fries, no dipping sauces only ketchup and the house salad had no dressing. The end result, we still received the wrong dipping sauces for one entree and none for the other even after mentioning that we were missing still one dipping sauce. The crew was very very young... The end result when receiving our bill, 20% gratuity was automatically included because there was an event that evening at the Footprint center and they took off one entree for all of the inconveniences. Will not try again. Plenty of other restaurants around to eat at.

It was the night of an event at the Footprint center so it was quite busy and noisy. Waiter was attentive. 20% automatically added to bill since it was an event night. Wedge salad had a very healthy portion. Entree was pretty good.

Place was empty with a sign seat yourself .. waited then choose a seat we could almost hear each other talking then walked back to get menu.No prices!Asked and was told it’s so we can put prices up for events ??? Wow seriously. BallsyOrdered rose wine not avail so went with whiteArrived in a cheap plastic glass and asked for a glass wine galss. Nope because it gets rowdy … asked server to give us prices had to say which item.. then says ‘it’s Aprox ‘this much and even then she wasn’t sure what to tell us.2 glasses of wine, impossible burger $17) a toasted ham/cheese sandwich$76. Not sure how when told burger would be about $17Spoke quickly with manger, letting her know it was not a good experience. She was coming right over. Proceeded to make a phone call that lasted until after we leftThink we stayed thinking it must get better but Can’t fix stupid

TIP INCLUDED be aware that apparently this NBA season they decided to INCLUDE A 20% TIP IN YOUR BILL. Absolutely ridiculous they started doing this on game days. We were very supportive of this business as seeing when it was hard rock, it failed. and since beer is unaffordable inside the arena, we loved to support the Ainsworth. This new feature has driven me and my friends away from this place. We always tip and are always generous but when places start being greedy, we’re out.

Jules is the best. She was able to take the Lemond drop to a whole upper level. Adian has the smokers' old fashion to perfection. Then, the whole spot turned into a vibe. This is my Goto when I visit Phoenix.
