Subway - Phoenix

This restaurant is one of the top hidden gems in Phoenix. The staff works efficiently as a team to ensure a great dining experience, providing quick and friendly service without being insincere. While I would rate them five stars, my rating is based on dining in or takeout only. However, they still need to improve their mobile ordering system as there are often mistakes with missing or extra ingredients. Overall, the food is excellent when dining at the restaurant itself.

Located next to two banks in a Safeway Strip Mall, this restaurant is incredibly clean. The owner, Brenda, went above and beyond when my subs were mistakenly given to someone else. She offered me a replacement and saved the day for my business.

I have never encountered such excellent staff at a subway restaurant before! This is my favorite sandwich shop in the area because of the amazing vibe and positive attitude of the workers here. I would definitely return, 10/10.

I ordered the new Cali Fresh FL. They cracked the bacon nicely, but when he tried for the avocado, the tub was empty. Without an avocado reserve, the kind of person gave me a significant discount. The sandwich was excellent, regardless of my choice of blows. KUDOS for large customer service setting. One of my favorite sandwich shops.
