Wow I just want to say Annisa/Annalisa (not 100% sure of her name) was SO NICE when I came through the drivethru, her energy absolutely made my day. They also had everything in stock to make my favorite drink when others Starbucks stores have been out of stock. What a great Starbucks experience!!
I ordered a ventilator and got a grande. Asked for ventilator ended being very weak and when it was suppose to be Venti Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. Was so looking forward to it. When I left and started drinking it , was ice pieces. Never known Starbucks to serve a customer so weak tasting and ice!
I ordered this earlier at a different Starbucks and I always clearly say please substitute for oat milk because I am LACTOSE INTOLERANT, The first time although the customer service was bad, they got my order right.I decided to go to a different Starbucks a few hours later since I am new to the area and I am all about customer service, decided to try a different location : and ordered the same drink… while drinking my drink I wondered why I started getting bloated and gassy alongside with very bad stomach pain… turns out they only did 1/2 Oat milk and gave me a grande instead of a venti which I paid for. The only reason I’ll be back tomorrow morning is to speak with the manager regarding this situation.
We have many modifications for our drinks and they were both perfect! Very friendly staff
