Bidra med feedbackI had a terrible customer service experience at 950 E. Bell Rd. Restaurant today. Unusual because I had at least half a dozen times at the same place and never had a problem. When I arrived (about 1:45 on Saturday), there was no one in the line. The person behind the counter, a large, slender young man, about 20, made a milkshake for a customer. His back was on the counter and it took him about three minutes to make the milkshake. When he was done, he realized that I was there and said I'll be with you in a minute or words about this effect. Then he went into the staging area and seemed to bring food into bags for togo orders. I saw two customers in the restaurant waiting for their meals. Five more minutes. My order hadn't been removed yet. I was there eight minutes now. The young man then came back to the register where I stood to get something, but it was clear that he had no intention of taking my order. He didn't even see my direction. I said sorry, but I've been waiting here for more than eight minutes. Are you taking my order? His answer: I have other things to do, then he turned back and returned to his orders. I understand that today it is hard to find someone who appears and works in a fast food restaurant. But if a customer asks to be served and waited patiently for eight plus minutes, the WORST answer that anyone could ever give is, I have other things to do. I cannot think of someone with an ounce of common sense that would give this answer. But this is the answer I got today. Of course, my son and I went on the street at Five Guys. The food was great and my order was taken immediately when I arrived, what exactly that should be. This employee must be trained or retrained. Of course. In addition, if there is only one person who takes all these jobs behind the counter, which leads to customers waiting to be taken an incorrigible time for their orders, then it must work more people behind the counter. Again, obviously. What happened today should never happen. There are many possibilities when it comes to burger connections. The food in Smashburger is good, but not so good that I have lousy customer service. If you want to compete, Smashburger, you need to do better.
In response to Mrs Brown, who published an evaluation... I was at the facility with her and experienced her behavior. Ms. Brown was a belly and rude employee and completely out of line. The manager and employee did a good job, especially when considering it was buying a free Burger day. Yes, it was a little hectic, but the food was great and prepared at a reasonable rate considering the mass amount of orders they received
Unfortunately, I went without being able to place an order. We were in line for over 20 minutes before we decided to go. There were others who gave up. The reason for waiting was that they worked all online orders and third-party (delivery service) before taking orders in the store. They offered a drinking cup for us. I personally believe that the process must be evaluated as to how the orders are prioritized in the store. I saw at least six people go without order. And for the most part, customers explained new customers what was going on. The four man crew concentrated exclusively on the online orders that arrive. If they had decided to shut down the lobby! That was my second time I came to this place and with a bad taste in my mouth. I wish them the best, but I will probably not return.
Hello, your website is unusable if a single spice is not available. Why hasn't that been fixed? I get a non-sensic error message at check-out. Something near ?values doesn't calculate.? It doesn't make sense and has no context. Come to find out that this error message is due to the fact that an unavailable addon is selected. I spent 30 minutes trying to find out and several credit cards. All you need is a simple error message that even made a little bit of sense. I could not be annoyed with this right question. I went to the site in an uncertain hour and the staff apologised and explained that the site was very bad and has not been fixed for years. The problem was that the Heu-String onions were sold out, so the website basically comes to a standstill?. Nice of them to protect the company, but this is not acceptable to the site to do this. I lost my limited time with my wife and my children for half an hour. Please repair the site, it is almost 2023.
Always a fresh juicy burger with melted cheese. Nothing like getting a burger with cold cheese slapped on top of it. You won't get that at this place. It's actually melted in. The pickles are crisp. Great flavor! I love smashburger.
