Rubio's Coastal Grill - Phoenix

I am a huge fan of Rubio's and I will definitely be returning. The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly. During my last visit, they were out of a few sodas and the black beans were bland. However, this has never been a problem in the past at this location, so hopefully, it was just a one-time occurrence.

I was visiting the area for one night and made sure to stop at this restaurant because I hadn't had Rubio's since I left San Diego in 2010. It lived up to my memories and was just as delicious as I remembered! It was also taco Tuesday, so I was able to enjoy the original fish tacos for only $2.25 each. I ordered a couple of those along with a baja shrimp taco and a side of Mexican street corn, which was decent. Overall, everything was tasty and I had a great dining experience.

This was our first time trying this restaurant and my partner and I were not disappointed. We ordered a taco fish plate and a classic shrimp burrito, and the food was delicious. The only small issue was that my fish taco had a bit too much sauce, but other than that, everything was good. We would rate this experience an 8 out of 10.

This was our first visit to Rubios. We got the trio chicken tacos. They were fresh and delicious.

Had the Sea Bass and traditional fish tacos delicious. Fresh ingredients, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Wonderful as always.
