Rico's American Grill - Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak

The reservation by open table did not work, but they could put us quite quickly. the staff was incredibly friendly and the food was great!

Was not impressed by something really except our server he was very friendly and helpful. Eating was just ok, no was hot, or tasted very good. the schoolgirls were a sweat. no help what they were only rude and had no idea what was going on. manager there was that they are new, but be nice and manating has nothing to do with being new to their job! it was not a good way to end our journey. kinda disappointed that such a high-end resort had so bad service and eating in their restaurant.

Eating was okay, nothing special, but not bad. the menu options are decent. the decoration must be updated somewhat. we went on a Saturday night, around 19 o'clock and the place was quite empty. that's good if you just want to fall in and get something to eat, but probably not a good sign.

Suzanne was great! she was quick and helpful with the menu.

The hostess was a bit rude and wouldnt even check for the reservation. Our waitress rushed us and was asking for orders before we even sat down. Food was pretty good.
