Panda Express - Phoenix

I was disappointed with my meal at this restaurant. The noodles were undercooked, the broccoli was raw, and the rice was too hard. The teriyaki chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Additionally, condiments were not provided, forcing me to improvise on how to enhance the taste of the food.

The chili crisp shrimp was terrible. It tasted like burnt chili flakes and was a waste of money. Everything else was passable.

Order half and half rice and chow mein miss the rice

The food portion was really small, and all the food was unflavored and dry.

Worst Panda Express in Arizona. You have a person who prepares orders, a cashier and like six other people do nothing. I won't waste my lunch break here again.
